What is our School Uniform?
It is the policy of the Governing Body that children attending Our Lady and St Patrick's Roman Catholic Nursery and Primary School wear school uniform. All articles of clothing, including footwear, must be clearly marked with the child's name.
As a help to parents a 'Nearly New' Uniform Shop is available during Uniform Sales
School uniform is ordered direct from our suppliers – Riviera Schooldays 01895 293 650 –Click for more details: rivieraschooldays. We keep a stock of school ties, book bags, and water bottles at school. Back-packs for KS2 children are also available. Children should have hair cut and style which is appropriate for school. Children with long hair (from shoulder length) must have it tied back for all lessons, not just P.E. and Games.
We do not encourage children to wear earrings as any type can cause serious injury through getting caught in normal playtime conditions, and particularly in Games and P.E. lessons. If earrings are worn they should be the stud type and plain gold or silver coloured. Children will be asked to remove them for P.E. and Games Lessons. Watches are allowed but no other jewellery must be worn.
